Yes, all these workouts start early, so set that alarm and get out there. After 2 weeks, you're waking up ready to go. We have a core group of men that workout at all of these locations. You'll be amazed how they still rock the dad bod.

Brueggers Bagels on Creedmoor Rd at 6:30 a.m. All paces welcome.
Monday - Crucible45 minute bootcamp workout, launching at
Williams Park (corner of Lynn and Leadmine) at 5:45. All fitness levels welcome. 2 mile pre-run at 5:20.
