The "3rd F" in "F3 Nation" refers to Faith, one of the three core principles of the organization, alongside Fitness and Fellowship. This principle is defined as a belief in something bigger than oneself, and it's open to men of all faiths and no faith. F3 Nation values gratitude and acknowledges a higher power in its workouts. At F3 North Raleigh, workouts close with a "circle of trust" or "C.O.T." where men can freely share prayer requests and praises, and a closing prayer by anyone who feels led to "take us out" before coffee is served.
